Abstract
The objective of the work is the implementation of an educational strategy for the training of the Agricultural Engineering student in order to guide the food producers of the Guamá municipality, in patterns and attitudes that contribute to the environment, in pursuit of sustainable development. The students were prepared with educational actions such as information, training, orientation, demonstration and control. The results obtained allow us to see the importance of the students to participate in the process together with the food producers to achieve food sovereignty and environmental sustainability in the Guamá municipality. Resumen
El trabajo tiene como objetivo la implementación de una estrategia educativa para la formación del estudiante de Ingeniería Agrónoma en función de orientar a los productores de alimentos del municipio Guamá, en patrones y actitudes que contribuyan con el medio ambiente, en pos del desarrollo sostenible. Se prepararon los estudiantes con acciones educativas como información, capacitación, orientación, demostración y control. Los resultados obtenidos permiten ver la importancia de los estudiantes para que participen en el proceso junto a los productores de alimentos para lograr soberanía alimentaria y sostenibilidad ambiental en el municipio Guamá.
