Abstract
The current situation provoked by the pandemic of COVID-19, brought transformations in the world scenario, which has affected the University Education. These conditions
have conducted to a group of measures addressing to a logical and necessary change: the virtualization of the educational process. This system allows the student to receive their lessons in any moment, using different lessons modalities, relying on virtual different resources of the teaching and this way to guarantee the results of the educational process. Reality, for which the most of cuban`s universities were not prepared. It also constituted a challenge to motivate students and professors with a different modality from teaching and learning, and the culmination of the career for students on both courses, regular and workers. In this article, the results are shown been able in working of professors and researchers of the Electrical Engineering Faculty of CUJAE. It has been mentioned some positives aspects in the development of the educational process, seeing in the results achieves for the students.
Resumen
La actual situación provocada por la pandemia de la COVID-19, trajo transformaciones en el escenario mundial que afectaron a la Educación Superior, con un conjunto de medidas que condujeron a un cambio lógico y necesario: la virtualización del proceso docente educativo. Sistema que permite al estudiante recibir sus clases en cualquier momento, utilizando diferentes modalidades de clases, apoyándose en diferentes recursos virtuales de la enseñanza y así garantizar los resultados del proceso docente educativo. Para esta realidad no se encontraban preparadas la mayoría de las universidades cubanas. También constituyó un reto motivar a estudiantes y profesores con una modalidad diferente de enseñanza y aprendizaje, y la culminación de estudios de los estudiantes de los últimos años en el curso regular diurno y por encuentros. En este trabajo, se muestra lo logrado en el accionar de profesores e investigadores de la Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica de la CUJAE. Se mencionan aspectos positivos alcanzados en el desarrollo del proceso docente educativo, evidenciado en los resultados de los estudiantes.
