Abstract
The Higher Education subsystem in Angola is currently experiencing a new stage of considerable changes, tending to place it in the place that the country and modern times demand. The work points to the relevance of inter-university cooperation and proposes the theoretical and contextual bases for the creation of the Angolan Space for Inter-university Cooperation (EACIU), aiming to stimulate scientific and technological exchange between Universities and other Public Higher Education Institutions in the Higher Education subsystem of Angola. Based on a basically bibliographic approach, and in accordance with the objective of the work, a theoretical model is proposed for the design of an Angolan Space for Inter-university Cooperation
Resumen
El subsistema de Educación Superior en Angola vive actualmente una nueva etapa de cambios considerables, tendiendo a ubicarlo en el lugar que el país y los tiempos modernos demandan. El trabajo señala la relevancia de la cooperación interuniversitaria y propone las bases teóricas y contextuales para la creación del Espacio Angoleño de Cooperación Interuniversitaria (EACIU), con el objetivo de estimular el intercambio científico y tecnológico entre Universidades y otras Instituciones Públicas de Educación Superior de el subsistema de educación superior de Angola. Partiendo de un enfoque básicamente bibliográfico, y de acuerdo con el objetivo del trabajo, propone un modelo teórico para la concepción de un Espacio Angoleño de Cooperación Interuniversitaria.
