Abstract
The present text has as object of study one of the social technologies recently developed in Cuba that can be called Third phase technology of the clinical trial of the vaccine candidate SOBERANA-02 for social inclusion (TEFCAVAS 02-IS). The problem that we were interested in addressing was what are the main stages of TEFCAVAS 02-IS? and the proposed objective, to contribute to the dissemination in our country of the concept of technology for social inclusion through the characterization of the main stages of the TEFCAVAS 02-IS. In its structure, the article is divided into four parts. The first addresses the conceptual references assumed by the authors; in the second, the social conditions of this technology; in the third the main stages it contains; and in the fourth, some of its main impacts. The perspective adopted in the text is the one that provides the general focus of the Science-Technology-Society field. The technology under study gives continuity to a tradition that one of his starting references has in the Literacy Campaign.
Resumen
El presente texto tiene como objeto de estudio una de las tecnologías sociales recientemente desarrollada en Cuba que puede denominarse Tecnología tercera fase del ensayo clínico del candidato vacunal SOBERANA-02 para la inclusión social (TEFCAVAS 02-IS). El problema que interesó abordar fue ¿cuáles son las principales etapas de la TEFCAVAS 02-IS?, y el objetivo planteado, contribuir a la difusión en nuestro país del concepto tecnología para la inclusión social a través de la caracterización de las principales etapas de la TEFCAVAS 02-IS. En su estructura, el artículo se divide en cuatro partes. En la primera se abordan los referentes conceptuales asumidos por los autores; en la segunda los condicionantes sociales de esta tecnología; en la tercera las principales etapas que contiene; y en la cuarta algunos de sus principales impactos. La perspectiva que se adoptó en el texto es la que proporciona el enfoque general del campo Ciencia-Tecnología-Sociedad. La tecnología objeto de estudio da continuidad a una tradición de generación de tecnologías en Cuba que tiene en la Campaña de Alfabetización uno de sus referentes iniciales.
