The research presented refers to the compliance by the Cuban educational system of the educational policy outlined by the country in exceptional conditions generated in relation with the Covid-19 pandemic. Special attention is given to the continuity of the integral formation of the students under different circumstances. The students, their families and teachers have been subjected to living and working conditions determined by the new normality, an educational context characterized by physical isolation, the increasement of sanitary hygienic measures and the use of new methods of protection. Taking all the previous aspects into consideration, a process of monitoring the disease and the taking of measures for the greater good, motivated the authors to expose the main psychosocial effects that Covid-19 epidemic has caused in Cuban students, teachers and families, as a result of the developed research.
