endows the professionals of the health of pedagogic tool in the superation for the
education and the practice collaborative Interprofessional in situations of pandemics.
La enseñanza online en la superación de los profesionales de la salud se refiere a la utilización educativa de las tecnologías de la información en la Educación Superior como profesores universitarios. Para diseñar programas de curso online que faciliten su apresto educativo para la educación y la práctica colaborativa interprofesional ante situaciones de graves pandemias, el Proyecto Institucional Desarrollo del capital humano en el sector de la salud, desarrolló un estudio en el período 2020-2021, en coherencia con una investigación pedagógica. Mediante las acciones investigativas se precisó la enseñanza online, en particular para la superación, se identificó el nivel inicial
y se estableció el problema científico en cómo contribuir con la enseñanza online en la superación para la educación y la práctica colaborativa interprofesional ante situaciones de graves pandemias. La aplicación de la propuesta favoreció la respuesta al problema científico en la muestra. El criterio de especialistas, el prexperimento y el criterio de usuarios, hacen fiable el programa pues dota a los profesionales de la salud de herramienta pedagógica en la superación para la educación y la práctica colaborativa
interprofesional en situaciones de pandemias.
