Abstract
To face a Super Education of quality, strategic and pertinent to channel a government
administration that favors the development from the science and the innovation
presupposes the preparation of the human potential above all understands each other
on one hand, the university cloister to assist the challenges of the society and to
interpret the demand necessity to channel it appropriately in the processes of
continuous formation; of there the strategic character of the University of East in the
implementation of the pattern of government's administration based on the science
and the innovation and the sustainable local development in the territory santiaguero.
Resumen
Enfrentar una Educación Superior de calidad, estratégica y pertinente para encauzar
una gestión gubernamental que favorezca el desarrollo local desde la ciencia y la
innovación presupone ante todo la preparación del potencial humano entiéndase por
un lado, el claustro universitario para atender los desafíos de la sociedad e interpretar
la demanda y necesidad social para encauzarla oportunamente en los procesos de
formación continua; de ahí el carácter estratégico de la Universidad de Oriente en la
implementación del modelo de gestión de gobierno basado en la ciencia y la
innovación y el desarrollo local sostenible en el territorio santiaguero.
