For students, knowing how to study independently and the ways or methods to be used for this are fundamental, at the same time that it constitutes a constant object of study for the educational system. Many of the students who enter the University in their first years suffer from low grades, despite the fact that many of them maintain a study system. The University of Matanzas and the Computer Engineering career are not exempt from this problem. Currently, a survey is being carried out on students entering the career, in order to comprehensively characterize each one of them. In the present work, attention is directed to the questionnaire How do you study? Of the survey, with the aim of proposing the use of the 2-tuple linguistic model to establish a ranking between the study methods and students' skills in order to later be able to direct the methodological work of the year towards those that are in the first places of the ranking and represent an obstacle to the academic performance of the students.
Para los estudiantes, el saber estudiar de manera independiente y los modos o métodos a emplear con este fin son algo fundamental, al mismo tiempo que constituye un objeto de estudio constante para el sistema educativo. Gran parte de los estudiantes que ingresan a la universidad en sus primeros años obtienen bajas calificaciones, a pesar de que muchos de ellos mantienen un sistema de estudio. La Universidad de Matanzas y la carrera de Ingeniería Informática, no están exentas de esta problemática. En la actualidad se realiza una encuesta a los estudiantes que ingresan a la carrera, con el fin de caracterizar de manera integral a cada uno de ellos. En el presente trabajo se dirige la atención al cuestionario ¿Cómo estudias?, de la encuesta, con el objetivo de proponer el uso del modelo de representación 2 tupla lingüístico para establecer un ranking entre los métodos de estudio y habilidades más deficientes de los estudiantes para luego poder dirigir el trabajo metodológico del año hacia aquellas que se encuentren en los primeros lugares del ranking y representen un obstáculo para el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes.
