The proposal constitutes a tool, for contributing to elevate a theorist-methodological preparation of the teachers at the National Defense College and to guarantee the quality of the teaching and learning process in issues of Defense and National Security to improve with it the teachers work, pupil and research groups guided to provide the
productions, interchange, cooperation, construction and reconstruction of peoples and professional know ledges. In this work it is done reference to definitions as teaching and learning process, didactic strategy, military didactic and its relation with the content of
strategy. They are identified the principal insufficiencies in the treatment of the didactic components at the institution and the actions for its improvement. They are systematized the philosophical, psychologic, educational-militaries, methodological, theorists fundaments which sustain the strategy. It is specified the planning of the Educational Educative Process and school which is the base of the teaching and learning process at the National Defense College. It is described the deployment of the strategy taking into account its structure conformed by a rector idea, objectives, propositions, actors, stages and actions to perform an integrator focusing.
La Estrategia didáctica que se propone se ha elaborado con el objetivo de contribuir a elevar la preparación teórico-metodológica de los profesores del Colegio de Defensa Nacional (Coden), garantizar la calidad de su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y perfeccionar el trabajo de dirección, metodológico y científico del claustro y de los
alumnos. En el trabajo se hace referencia a definiciones como Proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje, Estrategia didáctica, Didáctica militar y su relación con el contenido de la estrategia, se identifican las principales insuficiencias en el tratamiento de los componentes didácticos en dicha institución y las acciones para su perfeccionamiento.
Se sistematizan los fundamentos filosóficos, psicológicos, pedagógicos-militares, teórico-metodológicos que sustentan la estrategia, se puntualiza la planificación del proceso docente educativo, base del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el Coden.
Se describe el despliegue de la estrategia teniendo en cuenta su estructura conformada por la idea rectora, objetivos, premisas, actores, etapas y acciones a ejecutarse con un enfoque integrador.
